Profile Data. Profile data is also collected at our site. Depending on the specific BeaverCounty.com services for which a member registers, various information will be requested, such as information about their vehicles (for Auto), their children's ages and dates of birth (for Family), the holidays about which they may be interested in receiving reminders, personal and business occasions, and information regarding other personal interests (such as the types of books, videos and games the member enjoys (for Entertainment) and the types of home projects the member may be interested in doing (for Home, Yard & Garden). We use this data to tailor the visitor's BeaverCounty.com experience through e-mails, and to construct a personalized Web page containing the specific member requests. By obtaining this information, we can provide our users with specific content that we think they might be interested in, according to their preferences and interests. None of this information is required in order to receive the BeaverCounty.com service. The member may include only the information he or she feels comfortable including. However, the omission of certain information will limit the value of the BeaverCounty.com experience for the member (for example, if we do not have information about the kinds of cars a member drives, we will be unable to tailor specific recommendations about car care for him; if we do not have information about the ages of a user's children, we will not be able to give him specific information and recommendations about age appropriate games and activities). As a result, the more information we have about a user, the more valuable the BeaverCounty.com experience will be for that user.

At the end of the sign up process there is an opportunity to sign up for newsletters and other products and services. If you indicate interest in these products certain contact information will be given to the third party so that they may provide their service to you. Reports. We provide reports to a limited number of companies with which we do business. These reports include aggregate information about our users. The information in these reports will not identify you individually. The outside companies who receive these reports will not be able to contact you from the information contained in the reports. We will not provide individual information to these companies without your permission.

Referral Program. As part of our referral program, we request contact information (like the name and e-mail address) of visitors' friends and family whom they think would like to receive the BeaverCounty.com service. The persons referred to us become automatically enrolled in BeaverCounty.com without any further action on the part of the person referred. We use and treat the information our users provide about their referrals in the same way we use and treat information about users who register for BeaverCounty.com directly; see "Contact Information" and "Profile Data," above. Contests. We run contests on our site in which we ask visitors for contact information (like their name, e-mail address, and zip code). Sometimes we ask for similar information about referrals; see "Referral Program," above. We use and treat contact information from our contests as described in "Contact Information" and "Profile Data," above.

Changing Your Status
Because we want our users to feel completely comfortable using the BeaverCounty.com service, we provide you with various opportunities to control how the information you provide to us is used. This site gives users the following options to cancel our service and not receive future communications from us, direct that we not share their information with third parties (in cases where users previously granted us permission to share such information - we do not share users' personal information with third parties without their permission), have us remove their information from our database, and change their profile information.

The request will be honored as soon as we receive it, but does not affect any information which you provided to us and which we shared with sponsors prior to our receipt of such request.

To have all of your personal information removed from our database, send an e-mail request to such effect to info@beavercounty.com. At the current time, we are not able to offer users the direct ability to delete their personal information from our database, but we will be happy to delete such information after we receive a request to that effect.

If you would like to change any of your profile information in our database, you can do so by following the "Change Your Profile" link at the bottom of any e-mail we send you, or by logging in to your BeaverCounty.com personalized web page, clicking on the "Personalize" button, and following the directions. This will automatically change the information contained in our database.
